The forthcoming movie Mission Mangal is a science-fiction Hindi drama film. The movie is directed by Jagan Shakti and produced by Rana Rakesh Prithm, Prakash Bali, Vinod Kumar Arora, R.Balki, Aruna Bhatia, and Anil Naidu. Mission Mangal has an ensemble cast of Akshay Kumar, Vidhya Balan, Tapsee Pannu, Nithya, Kriti Kulhari, Sharman Joshi, H.G. Dattatreya, and Sonakshi Sinha. The film is based on the story of scientists at ISRO Indian space Research Organisation who participated in the Mars Orbiter Mission. The Mars Mission, however, marked India’s first interstellar expedition. The film is scheduled to be released on 15th august 2019.
